DR. MIRAN KIMFACULTY ADVISORDr. MiRan Kim (PhD) is an Associate professor in the School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. She teaches HB105: Service Management, 302: Hospitality Managerial Accounting, and HB 491: Women in Hospitality Business Leadership. Dr. Kim’s research mainly focuses on service quality and customer delight.

PAIGE JAPLITPRESIDENTPaige is a senior in The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. She is from Orange County, California. Aside from Eta Sigma Delta, Paige is the Director of Finance for the Hospitality and Lodging Club. She is also a TA for HB 273: Hospitality Business Analytics. There are many segments she loves in the hospitality industry, but she is most interested in hotel management. Paige looks forward to a great year with ESD!

In addition to Eta Sigma Delta she is the President of Spartan Business Golf Club, Front of House Director of Les Gourmets and a member of the Hospitality and Lodging Club. She plans to work in luxury hotels in the future.
